Project overview: The project is located to the north of Xihong Road and to the west of Jinniushan Park. It covers a land area of about 16.17 mu with a requisitioned floor area of about 16,000 square meters, which has been cleared. The Park is now applying for adjusting the regulatory planning, preliminary design scheme and about 16.17 mu land use of this project to Fuzhou Municipal Planning Bureau. The purpose of the land will be office. With 1.52% plot ratio, estimated about 16,337 square meters of floor area for office purpose can be built.
Advantages: The project enjoys excellent location in Xihong Road, facing Walmart’s member store across the road, featuring convenient transportation and life. It is closely adjacent to Jinniushan Park and Jiangbin Park and it overlooks Minjiang River. With connection with Zuohai – Jinniushan City Foreign Walk (Fudao), it enjoys beautiful environment and fresh air.
